Dear Aero Representation’s team,

I would like to express how grateful I feel to your efficient, kind, and empathic service.

I normally used to buy my tickets online, until I needed a complicated connection for family members coming from different places around the world. It was then when a friend suggested your name. The responsibility and love with which they treated the situation made me understand that a good travel agent makes the entire trip much easier and more relaxed.

Since that experience, I always trusted you guys  and you never failed me. To tell the truth, much more than that, Aero Representations always surprised me with the extra care they put into everything.

Thanks team, and thanks to Oscar for being there each time that they are needed.

For many more trips together.

Hello Oscar,

We have just returned from our trip to South America, which included Argentina, Uruguay and Peru. This trip and previous trips were planned and organised by Oscar from beginning to end. Every single detail was taken into consideration, for which made the trip a fantastic experience.

We find that the reliable, experience and professionalism received from him makes all the difference. He is always available to answer any questions with regards to any travel, you may want to do. You may travel economy, but the service Oscar provides is First Class.

 We would highly recommend Oscar and his team, for any travel bookings and arrangements.

Thanks again Oscar, and keep up the excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days.

This morning we received the revised tickets for our return flight from Iguazu to B.A.

which made us very grateful to you and most pleased indeed!

greatly appreciated as our visit to such a wonderful spectacle as the great falls provide,

I am truly grateful for Oscar and his exceptional customer service. He has been so prompt to respond and has gone out of his way to help me. I made several bookings with an online travel agent for internal flights within Argentina. I rang Oscar just to check that the booking had gone through ( I was not sure if I had been scammed ) Oscar noticed that the tickets that I had were for Argentinian residents only. I contacted the travel agent and they were so slow in responding to me. After a short time I contacted Oscar and he had it all sorted. Last week I discovered that I had 3 scheduled airline flight changes. I have tried since last Friday 23 Feb 17 to get the travel agent to sort my flight tickets out. I contacted Oscar this morning 1 March 17 and in under 1 hr he had it all sorted, and I now have all my new tickets printed off and I'm now ready to go. I am still waiting for the travel agent to get back to me lol. Oscar is a really nice guy to deal with and I wish him well. You have made my day

Dear Oscar,

How nice to hear from you. I was planning to contact you on my return to thank you for all your help but have just received your email before I check out of the hotel here in Rio to join my second ship.

Both transfers went very well indeed.

In Buenos I was met at the ship by a very nice gentleman. I have his name upstairs in my room (I am in the lobby at the moment at their computers as I am old fashioned and don´t even have a mobile phone) but from memory, his name was Ricardo.

I shall confirm that when I get his name.

He was extremely helpful. Not only did he take me to the airport straight from the ship but he came inside with me to show me here to go and carried my bags. When he found I had a couple of hours to wait until check in he took me to a coffee shop so I could sit down. There are absolutely no chairs anywhere in the city airport prior to check in.

I did not have any local currency (no point in having it as I was going direct from the ship to the airport) so he gave me 100 pesos and spoke to the man so he knew I would be sitting there for ages.

Anyhow, your operator knows you well as he said he lived in Australia for some time. He is also coming back to Australia in April of this year and will be seeing you.

He did not ask me to repay the money but when I get home I shall get some money to you.

Again on arrival in Rio I was met very promptly at the terminal and taken to my hotel here for my five days in Rio before I board the ship.

You have been so helpful to me, Oscar since I first contacted you and it was so kind of you to check with me to make sure things went well.

Would you please pass on my thanks to your operators in Buenos Aires and in Rio.

Oscar at the Sydney office is incredible. Easily the most helpful airline representative I have ever dealt with. He quickly corrected another booking companies mistakes, even offering a refund ! Cannot recommend him highly enough. Great job.
