The purpose of this letter is to notify you that Aero Representations will not represent Aerolineas Argentinas anymore from the 15th of May 2020.

From the 15th of May you must contact Aerolineas Argentinas directly to 1800 278 250, as after that time, we will no longer be available to provide assistance.

Please let me know if I can answer any questions or provide assistance as you make arrangements to work with a new AR Office in Miami. We are transferring them all the “pending” matter related to Aerolineas Argentinas (i.e. claims, group deposit, group bookings, refunds, etc), so they will be in touch with all of you in the future for all these matters.

Thank you for your past business and support. We are very thankful and grateful in having you as our customer.

I will be available during business hours through 5pm on 15th of May, which will be Aero Reps’s final day of operation.
